Did spin class for the first time ever this morning, it was an hour long ass kicking! I did 19.8 miles, it was fun.
After dinner, my love and I ran to the gym and after the volleyball game, we walked back. It was a cold, windy day that led to a cool, cloudy evening, it was beautiful.
